I am the proud new owner of this 1979 Cozy Coupe that I bought for $9 bucks. We all know that stock sucks so I started customising it right away.

First order of business is to chop the roof. I chopped a total of 6" out of it.

Afterwards this thing needed to get stanced big time.

I started with the front.

Then I did the rear.

This is the finished product.

Here is the first test drive. I call this project a success!

Best mod I did to ours was to add a floor. Now I can push my son around without his feet getting stuck.

I’m doing that next and adding a seat belt so he doesn’t fall over. He is only 5 months so he doesn’t know how to sit yet.

I’m also gonna add a tow rope so I can thug him along and car shows and such.

My fiancee is due in January. How long do kids have these? Am I far enough behind you (about 10-11 months) that when my kid is old enough yours will have outgrown it? Because I’d offer a solid $10-12 for this whip and I live near St. Albert.
